Useful Information
The first measurement of the plant pot is for the top, outer diameter, the second measurement is for the external height of the plant pot.
Please, bear in mind that our plant pots are handmade, so there may be variations to the photos.
Also, the colours vary on different computer screens so may appear different when your product arrives.
Generally, glazed ceramic plant pots survive the cold much better than unglazed terracotta.
But no plant pot will survive if the compost is waterlogged. Water expands when it freezes, meaning that wet compost will eventually crack the pot.
You can protect your plant pots from frost by moving them against the house, where the temperatures will be warmer. You can also wrap them in insulation or move them into an unheated greenhouse or shed when very cold temperatures are expected.
